Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all vinyl, CDs, and apparel remain in their original, unplayed, or unworn condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse facility; please keep your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
